About the ACC Online BBS

The software for ACC Online is RBBS-PC (Remote Bulletin Board
System -Personal Computers), it is a freeware and supported by the system
operators that use it through out the country. It can be defined to have
any number of message bases (conferances),sub-boards (complete bbs on same
phone #), and can be talored in most any way which is desired.

RED GREEN BLUE
If you see the above words in colors, choose "C" to have RBBS-PC display
in color on your screen.
If you did NOT see the colors, but you see a heart and a line 컴컴, then
select "A" to have RBBS-PC display with IBM graphics characters.
If you cannot use color, or graphics characters (on a non-IBM compatible
computer), select "N" to have RBBS-PC display text only.
Colorized prompts & Text Color: If your computer supports COLOR, RBBS-PC
can color the various system prompts, and you can select the "base" text
color RBBS-PC uses. After you select a color, RBBS-PC will re-color the
prompt, giving you a chance to see (and change) your selection. When satisfied
with your selection, press [Enter] to save.
The selections you make can be changed with the Utilities command G)raphics.

File transfer protocol selection
RBBS-PC allows you to select a default file transfer protocol. This
protocol will be used for all file uploads and downloads, unless you
specify a DIFFERENT protocol along with your list of files.
Here are some tips to guide your selection:
1. You may want not to have a default transfer protocol. If you select
None as your default protocol, RBBS-PC will prompt you with the entire
list of protocols each time.
2. Whichever protocol you select here, you also should tell your comm
program to use the same protocol. This is VERY important! If your
comm program supports Zmodem , your SysOp suggests that protocol as
being the fastest and most reliable [NOT WORKING YET].

3. No matter what you decide, you can still override the default protocol
by including the letter of your choice along with the name of the file
you wish to download (e.g. "D FILE1.ZIP Z" will download FILE1.ZIP
with Zmodem protocol, regardless of your default choice).
